Good treat to use for training your pet parrot, or you can hide it in foraging toys for that extra enrichment and a snack! These training treats for parrots should not be used as a main diet.
Can be used to converting a bird new to Harrison's or as a supplement for birds already fed Harrison’s Bird Foods that need extra energy following an illness.
-Beneficial to birds with dry flaky skin (beak, nails), lack of sheen, or feather discolouration.-Beneficial to most aging birds.
-Beneficial to certain species known to eat high oil diets (eg, macaws).
-High antioxidant content (vitamin E and coenzyme Q10).
-High carotenoid content (precursors to vitamin A).
-Good balance of essential fatty acids.
Storage
Harrison's Bird Foods do not contain artificial preservatives. Once opened, a bag of Harrison's should be used up within six weeks. Storing food in fridge or freezer will help maintain freshness. Note the "use before" date printed on the bag and use that as a guide.
